SUBLIMATED TREE GRAVE MARKER WITH LOOP CIRCLE

This listing is for ONE sublimated tree grave marker with loop circle

These are white acrylic sublimated with the individual design as shown in the image.

There are three options to choose from which are
- Pine needle
- Lights
- Floral

The dimensions of the grave marker is 34.9cm x 20.4cm and the dimensions of the loop circle is 10cm x 9cm.

Please note - Due to the sizing of these grave markers we have to sublimate them using 2 sub sheets so there might be a slight indentation towards the bottom of the stake where the two sheets have been joined. but this shouldn’t be visible when placed into the ground/plant pot
