Delivery
We offer either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all (unless stated otherwise at the time of checkout).
Delivery charges are calculated and are selectable at time of checkout.
Once orders have departed us they are out of our control. Most parcels should be delivered within 1-2 working days if selected Tracked 24 or 3-5 working days if selected Tracked 48 as per Royal Mails terms of use however we are unable to lodge a complaint prior to 5 working days. So please leave this period prior to contacting regards to missing parcels, however tracking numbers should be available upon request.

Returns
You can return any item (personalised items & digital files are exempt) at your own expense within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure returned goods are packaged well and in the same condition as we sent them to you in. Once they have been received and checked, we will refund you. Please include your order number within your return to speed up the returns process.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us can be returned
- Personalised items and/all digital files will be exempt from refunds unless faulty
- We will only process refunds for physical products (no postage costs will be refunded)
- Any returns must be posted to 48 Watersmeet Road, S6 5FA
