This listing is for ONE sublimated memorial heart on stand.

This can come either personalised with an image of your choice which will be inserted into the heart, if no image is required this item will come as shown in the image. If an image is required please use image uploader provided. If no image is uploaded we will assume you do not require one and this cannot be amended once the order has been placed.

Please note the stand is approx. 4.8mm thick and is clear acrylic (the green colour is a coating to be peeled off).

The plaque is cast white acrylic sublimated.

The dimensions of the heart is 14x11.2cm.
